Robber's Cave
Lincoln's only underground attraction: a guided tour of the cave led by local teacher and author Joel Green, who tells its story through a century of owners.
The story
The cave was closed to the public for years before reopening for tours. Joel Green, who leads them, wrote a 2019 Nebraska Book Award–winning book about it. Robber's Cave was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2020.
